♣♣♣♣♣♣ changing my life
Hello there! I'm Heidi, I'm 22, I'm overweight, and I'm sick of it. I haven't been this way my whole life - I used to be very active, on sports teams, and much more aware of my physical appearance. I want to get back to that and I'm finally at a place in my life where I'm ready to do whatever it takes to change my life. It's time to change my diet, start exercising, and get healthy. I want to live a long life that I can enjoy. I know this is going to be hard but it's something I need to do for myself. I'm sick of letting myself down, I'm sick of being afraid of going out because of how I look. I'm sick of hiding behind the weight. The one thing I'm not going to do is sit here and complain about it for one more day without doing something about it.

This is where I change my life. I'm going to be using this journal to track my progress. If you'd like to add me, follow along, and give me your support, then I welcome you to do that. I'd like to think I can do this alone but I know I can't so any warm wishes or encouraging words I will be thankful for.
